I bring more than 36 years of retail experience, paired with a wide range of real-estate expertise including brokerage, development, acquisitions, senior management and leadership in alternative-fuels infrastructure.

I have developed real-estate exclusively for a variety of national retailers—such as CVS Pharmacy and 7-Eleven, to name a few. I deeply understand the development process, having served as the exclusive in-house developer for 7-Eleven for six years. I understand real-estate issues (for example: setbacks, zoning, permitted uses, and more).

We use a multi-pronged marketing approach that includes: our website at www.RappRC.com, listings on LoopNet and Crexi, promotion via LinkedIn, on-site advertising boards, professional photography, drone-aerial video footage, and a proprietary retail-contact email database of over 7,000 subscribers.
