1)  I have developed real estate Exclusively for a variety of national retailers, including CVS Pharmacy and 7-Eleven, just to name a few.  I understand very well the “development process” as I was THE exclusive, in house (Brea), developer for 7-Eleven for 6 years.  I understand the real estate issues (i.e., setbacks, zoning, uses, etc.) and concerns.
